Projects water is climate and climate is water but he further stresses on community participation .I my self devoted my 22years in implementing different water and development related projects which were funded by Govt.agencies.I have felt that our newly born child and the senior citizen too ,all of us are directly related with climate and water too. So I will have this attitude that unit of the society should must be taught the proper use of water and then climate aspects is a bit larger.So the gradually acquired knowledge of a child up to his advance age will give a fruitful result to climate.
